'Embrace the Open Space'

One of the overwhelming physical  characteristics of New Zealand is the abundance of uncluttered

open spaces. This is something that many of us as Kiwis, hold dear - the love of the

great outdoors. This painting is my acknowledgement of this; from the deserted beach  in the

foreground to the expanse of open sky extending to the distant horizon.
